
Hello Full Tilts! Two more long runs to go. This Saturday, it should be cool to start with the temperature warming up 15 degrees over the course of the 4 hours we will be running.
We are using the Lost Bridge Trail route again for this 19 mile run. Here is the map:

We'll be going by the Rochester Park Restrooms twice as well as the Phillips 66 that was convenient last time.
